G-OPS, a leading French business aviation company specializing in flight support for business aviation, governmental, and diplomatic air operations, has announced the appointment of Nicolas Massonnat as Managing Director. He will work alongside Karim Berrandou, President and Founder of G-OPS.

In his new role, Nicolas will oversee the company’s operations and lead the execution of its strategic roadmap, which is centered on three key priorities: operational robustness, network growth, and deeper technological integration. These initiatives aim to deliver lasting value for clients, employees, and partners.

Nicolas joins the executive leadership team after serving as Vice President of Business Development, where he successfully led G-OPS’s commercial strategy and expanded its presence across European and institutional markets. His appointment ensures continuity in the company’s direction while reinforcing its ability to serve a demanding international clientele.

“Nicolas’s appointment reflects both the continuity of our leadership and our determination to further strengthen and consolidate the organization,” said Karim Berrandou, President and Founder. “His experience in our markets and his understanding of our operational standards make him the right person to lead the company into its next phase of growth.”

Commenting on his new role, Nicolas Massonnat stated, “G-OPS has built a solid reputation over more than twenty years. My priority is to consolidate that foundation, strengthen our operational reliability, and further expand and reinforce our network, while maintaining the level of service our clients and partners expect.”

Karim Berrandou added, “Our greatest strength remains our team and the trust we have built with our clients and partners. Behind every successful operation stands a strong organization and a dedicated team. As we continue to strengthen our foundations while growing, our vision remains unchanged: making every operation smoother, simpler, and more efficient.”
