Mexico is filled with vibrant culture, mouthwatering cuisine, and stunning landscapes waiting for your discovery. Plan your adventure at your own pace and consider Ubaire for charter on your journey. "For Ubaire, it´s really important to understand customer needs, not just the fact of 'their need to fly.' … We try to offer the best aircraft option based on their travel purpose and the information they provide, allowing us to offer several options and suggestions so that they can get the best experience," says Sandra Laurencio, a charter broker at Ubaire. Whether you crave the bustle of Mexico City, the calm of the lagoon in Bacalar, or being in awe of nature at the edge of Copper Canyon, Mexico has something it would like to share with you. Ubaire can get you there.

Take a flight down to the waters of the Yucatan, starting in Areponamichic, Chihuahua, and experiencing a 5-star Copper Canyon experience at Hotel Mirador. Nestled on the rocks, the adobe-style building boasts 70 rooms with views of the canyons beyond. Sit in awe on your private terrace, included with every room, or make your way to the onsite restaurant for food and a show as the sun moves across the sky, casting shadows on the crags and peaks around you.

Hotel Mirador has a variety of activities listed on its website that provide nature and cultural immersion, such as excursions on horseback and a guided hike to the Otero’s viewpoint and Catalina Cave to learn about the Tarahumara family, who calls the cave home. The Tarahumara are an indigenous tribe that occupies the region and are renowned for their ability to run great distances.

The adventure park nearby has a cable car to let visitors experience the extraordinary size of the canyons around them in 360 panoramic views ascending to the sky. Zip lines for the adventurous await, and the bold can enjoy traversing the rocks via protected climbing routes that keep you anchored safely.

After satisfying the human instinct to connect with nature in Copper Canyon, it’ll be time to return to civilization with a greater appreciation. A visit to the Frida Kahlo Museum, also known as the Blue House, is a must for art lovers. The intellectual will find their interest peaked, experiencing the emotional mastery of Kahlo’s work, but the Anthropology Museum also makes for a stimulating afternoon. For a small price, first-access and skip-the-line tickets are available at both museums and are well worth it.

The heart of Mexico City has numerous 5-star accommodations available. Topping the list in the usual fashion is the Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City. For the traveler prepared to broaden the experience beyond the norm, Sofitel Mexico City Reforma shares a street address with Four Seasons and is Eco-certified. The Sofitel boasts an indoor pool elevated to look out at the city through floor-to-ceiling windows. Both hotels are in excellent proximity to downtown activities with ample amenities making relaxing at the hotel or walking the local area till it’s time for dinner a dream.

Ubaire Charter Broker Sandra Laurencio has some advice when it is time to eat. In Mexico City, the top choice will be Pujol, which is on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The brainchild of Enrique Olvera, Pujol is considered one of the best restaurants in Latin America, offering a culinary vessel for new flavors and dishes. The signature dish is Mole Madre. Chef Olvera serves mole that has been aged for hundreds of days next to the freshly prepared mole providing diners with a rich experience of two extremes. Previous menus indicate a tasting and taco experience capped at 12 people. Items on the tasting menu in 2022 included Baby Corn with Chicatana Ant Mayonnaise and Tuna and Mussel with Squash Huatape, Asparagus, and Cacahuazintle.

After eating your fill and enjoying the best Mexico City offers, Sandra Laurencio with Ubaire would want the next charter flight to visit Quintana Roo and the city of Bacalar. “You must visit the Seven Colors Lagoon, where you can swim, snorkel and have plenty of adventures; with all the wild environment and Mayan culture, Bacalar is one Hidden Gem," Laurencio recommends.

The most comfortable space along the lagoon's shore is at MIA Bacalar Luxury Resort & Spa. Extraordinary accommodations go above and beyond to create a unique experience out of a place to sleep while providing ample privacy. The resort has activities, spa experiences, and a restaurant. While your time at a hotel will be well spent, there’s much to see in Bacalar.

An hour outside Bacalar, Mayan culture and history come alive while touring Kohunlich. This site is known for its Temple of the Masks, a pyramid adorned with large stucco masks. Kohunlich was a significant city during the Early Classic Period of Mayan civilization (250-900 AD), and its ruins are spread over a large area, including several residential complexes and a ball court.

The beauty of the lagoons shifting blue and turquoise under a blue sky might call to you. There are catamarans, kayaks, and boat rentals to get out on the water. Despite the allure of water, some might see the green lining the shore and need to explore. "At Bacalar, everything is a 'must,' but definitely the Cenotes, located mostly in the jungle… sometimes in caves or with a beautiful blue sky as a ceiling, are one of the favorite attractions for visitors," says Laurencio.

As you embark on your journey to discover Mexico’s enchanting landscapes, rich history, and delectable cuisine, Air Charter Guide has you covered when it comes to getting there on a private jet. "Always keep safety in mind. We can all offer aircraft to fly clients to their destinations, but not all offers are reliable. Be aware that differences in pricing hold back a lot of safety matters that are worth considering. Safety is customer care, too!" advises Laurencio.
