We understand that charter guests range from first-time flyers to highly experienced private aviation users, and our role as an aircraft operator is to deliver a consistently simple, transparent, and stress-free experience for all. Our process begins by understanding the key details that shape the trip, including travel dates, preferred departure times, number of passengers, desired airports or destinations, baggage requirements, and any special requests. With this information, we recommend the most suitable aircraft. Once the flight is confirmed, we manage all operational details critical to flawless execution, from flight planning and crew scheduling to catering, ground transportation, and permits, while keeping the customer fully informed. Prior to departure, we provide a final briefing outlining FBO details, crew information, and what to expect on the day of travel. Throughout the trip, our team actively monitors conditions, communicates proactively, and remains available 24/7 to ensure a smooth, seamless experience from inquiry to touchdown.

2) How would you describe your fleet or flagship aircraft?

Our diverse fleet fulfills specific, high-demand niches across turboprop, light jet, and midsize jet categories. Canada’s geography plays a significant role in how our clients fly, which requires aircraft that offer flexibility, cost efficiency, and broad airport accessibility. Popular aircraft in our fleet include modern Pilatus PC-12s and Citation jets, well-suited for short- and mid-range missions.

3) What does the future look like for your company?

Private Air holds a strong and distinctive position in Central Canada’s charter marketplace, with an established presence across Ontario. The company has demonstrated consistent growth and operational strength across the turboprop, light jet, and midsize categories, meeting new financial targets while maintaining strong fleet utilization. 4) What is your most popular itinerary/destination?

Our most popular itineraries vary by season. During the winter months, demand shifts toward warmer destinations, with frequent service to Southern Florida and Caribbean locations such as the Bahamas and Turks and Caicos. Year-round, our core focus remains the “business triangle,” a term we use to describe the high-frequency routes connecting major financial hubs such as Toronto, New York, and Chicago. We also regularly support travel to remote and rural regions for site visits, project development, and other essential business needs.

5) Do you specialize in ambulance or cargo?

We are primarily a private aircraft charter provider; however, we do support specialized operations when required. This includes medical transport and limited cargo missions. For example, we proudly serve Western Canada with a medevac-configured Pilatus PC-12, enabling us to provide reliable air ambulance capabilities while maintaining our core focus on private charter services.
