Jet Aviation Celebrates Four Decades of US Aircraft Services Excellence

Jet Aviation Flight Services (JAFS) began its formation in 1985. By 1988, the company had acquired Executive Air Fleet, expanding its presence in the US market with some 100 aircraft under management. In the years that followed, the team continued establishing this presence and service offering across the region. Today, JAFS serves as the dedicated US hub for aircraft services, including management and charter under the company's Part 91, Part 125 and Part 135 certificates.

"From our beginning in 1985 to our growth and evolution into the Jet Aviation aircraft services we know today, we are proud of the legacy we've built and the tenure of our JAFS team," says David Dalpiaz, vice president flight services in the Americas. "Our aircraft services truly provide a comprehensive and seamless offering for our customers. We are uniquely backed by a global portfolio of services, offering a fully integrated, end-to-end experience for customers throughout their aircraft ownership journey. Our committed team of experts take pride in ensuring the highest standards of safety and personalized service, and we look forward to continuing to provide effortless aircraft ownership into the next decade."

Over the last 40 years, Jet Aviation's US aircraft management and charter services have continued to expand with a diverse fleet of fixed and rotary wing aircraft from mid-size to large cabin, long-range and ultra-long range business jets. Under its Part 91, Part 125 and Part 135 certificates, Jet Aviation aircraft services provide a full spectrum of aircraft solutions, including Part 145 maintenance, staffing, trip coordination, completions and pre-purchase oversight, operations and maintenance management, in-flight services, regulatory compliance and client services. The Jet Aviation Flight Services team works in coordination with Jet Aviation's global network of some 50 locations worldwide to provide aircraft owners with management, charter, staffing, maintenance, completions and fixed-base operations.

"We have a dedicated JAFS team comprised of aviation professionals with deep understanding and experience in guiding owners, operators and clients through every stage of aircraft ownership and charter management," says Leslie Cheshier, vice president owner and charter services in the Americas. "These 40 years have been made possible by their passion and commitment to upholding every aspect of operations while delivering an effortless experience, ensuring flexibility, reliability, safety and seamless tailored support."
