The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) pays tribute to longtime aviation attorney and former NBAA Tax Committee Chair Gary Garofalo, recognizing his decades of service to the industry and foundational contributions to aviation law and policy. Garofalo passed away Aug. 22.
