ICCS Mexico & Latin America Opens New Flagship FBO at Toluca International Airport (MMTO)
/ICCS Mexico & Latin America has inaugurated its new flagship FBO at Toluca International Airport (MMTO), enhancing its infrastructure and operational capabilities at one of Mexico’s most strategic aviation hubs.
Located near Mexico City, the new ICCS Toluca T2 expands the company’s presence at Toluca, where it now operates two dedicated FBO terminals. This expansion increases capacity, improves efficiency, and solidifies the airport’s role as a key gateway for domestic and international business aviation traffic.
The new facility features a 16,146 sq ft (1,500 m²) terminal, two dedicated ramps totaling 62,430 sq ft (5,800 m²), and two hangars with a combined area of approximately 59,201 sq ft (5,500 m²). Together with Terminal 1, ICCS now offers over 20,344 sq ft (1,890 m²) of FBO infrastructure at Toluca.
Designed to optimize operational performance and passenger experience, the FBO includes premium VIP lounges, executive meeting rooms, crew rest areas, and on-site flight planning services, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for operators, passengers, and crew.
“This new facility represents a key step in our long-term vision to strengthen business aviation infrastructure in Mexico,” said Ricardo Albarrán, President of ICCS. “Toluca continues to be a strategic gateway to Mexico City, and this expansion allows us to meet growing demand with the level of service and reliability our clients expect.”
The inauguration comes at a pivotal time as Mexico prepares to host major international events, including the FIFA World Cup 2026. With increased global traffic expected, ICCS is well-positioned to support operators with the infrastructure, expertise, and nationwide network required to ensure seamless operations.
With over 30 years of experience and operations at 76 airports across Mexico, ICCS offers a comprehensive suite of services, including ground handling, fuel coordination, permits, concierge, and in-flight catering.
As Mexico prepares to welcome the world, ICCS is ready to support every operation on the ground.
