Hugo Robotti-Guinamand Wins BBGA’s 2025 Excellence in Aviation – Next Generation Award

The British Business General Aviation Association (BBGA) has announced Hugo Robotti-Guinamand, Group Charter Executive at Victor, as the recipient of its 2025 Excellence in Aviation – Next Generation Award. This category recognizes the achievements of outstanding next-generation professionals who have made a significant impact in their business aviation roles. Hugo accepted the accolade from Aoife O’Sullivan, BBGA Chair and Partner at Keystone Law, during BBGA’s 2025 Christmas Networking Event. Thanks to Close Brothers for sponsoring this prestigious award.

Hugo joined Victor in 2022 as a Commercial Jet Associate, progressing to Group Charter Senior Associate in 2024 and then to Group Charter Executive in July 2025. He has managed some of Victor’s most complex charter projects, including logistics for Olympic sports teams, international orchestras, and leading sports organizations such as Roma and the Norway Football Federation.

Hugo has embraced aviation sustainability and consistently champions Victor’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) offering, educating clients on how each purchase can reduce lifecycle carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to fossil jet fuel.

Toby Edwards, Co-CEO, Fly Victor

Toby Edwards, Co-CEO of Fly Victor, commented, “Since joining Victor, Hugo has stood out, not only for his results but for his mindset—one defined by energy, curiosity, and a belief that aviation can and should operate with greater purpose and transparency. At just 26 years old, Hugo continues to show composure and maturity beyond his years when managing some of Victor’s most complex charter missions, with clients valuing his consistently high standards of service. His professionalism, ambition, and leadership mark him out as one of the industry’s most promising young talents, and we are delighted to see him recognized as a true representative of aviation’s next generation.”
