Aviation and Travel Leaders Meet in Ljubljana
/The Annual Slovenian Aviation and Travel Industry Summit #2, held on June 2, 2026, in Ljubljana, gathered more than 150 aviation and travel industry leaders from across Europe. Representatives of airlines, airports, tourism boards, manufacturers, and service providers discussed the future of Southeastern Europe as an important gateway to the continent.
The event opened with speeches from representatives of Slovenia’s infrastructure, tourism, and business sectors, setting the stage for discussions on aviation, tourism, connectivity, and regional growth.

For the sustainable development of this industry, it is necessary to establish and follow new standards for business aviation, which should be defined at the infrastructure planning stage.
