2022 NBAA-BACE to Showcase AAM, UAS Leaders; Oct. 18 Media Availability Planned

Leading advanced air mobility (AAM) and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) developers will be a key part of the 2022 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) being held in Orlando, FL, this month, and representatives from exhibiting companies will be available in a specially dedicated media availability on the show’s opening day, Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 3 – 4 p.m. (EDT) in the NBAA-BACE Emerging Tech Zone.

NBAA-BACE will take place Oct. 18-20 at the Orange County Convention Center and nearby Orlando Executive Airport (ORL).

As new-entrant technologies, AAM and UAS are developing rapidly and will revolutionize transportation as we know it, offering the promise of zero-emissions flight. The next Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization bill, set for action in 2023, will address these technologies, the industry’s workforce and the infrastructure needed to integrate AAM and UAS into the National Airspace System.

The companies exhibiting at NBAA-BACE and participating in the Oct. 18 media availability are:

“It’s exciting to see AAM and UAS technologies becoming an ever-more integral part of the future of on-demand air mobility,” said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. “As the sector continues to develop rapidly, we are pleased to have representatives with these leading companies available to discuss their plans for the future.”
