JOB PURPOSE

  • Coordination and organisation of procedures between customers, airport and flight support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Process handling requests by SITA, fax and email
  • Request airport slots via slot coordination system
  • Exact planning and coordination of incoming and outgoing aircraft in cooperation with the responsible departments at the airport
  • Work with SITA and CFMU
  • Welcome customers and crew
  • Drive customer and crew from and to aircraft (airside)
  • Transport customer and crew to and from terminal

To deliver a 5* star service to the principal and charter clients on a private jet and to be responsible for managing the cabin whilst on duty. . 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Dining / food, table and drinks preparation 
  • VIP catering order and preparation
  • Set up and create the 5* menu
  • Deliver a 5* service to our clients
  • VIP Cabin Crew duties – before, during and after each flight
  • Preparing the plane for the next flight including tasks such as restocking as well as maintaining the cabin
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Rotating schedule with 20 days on duty and 10 days off duty.

Person Specification

Requirements:

  • Worldwide corporate experience as VIP - Cabin Attendant
  • EU passport holder
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)

Skills: 

  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Excellent presentation 
  • Well experienced
  • Detail required in exquisite service
