Purpose of the Job

The main objective of the position is to ensure and deliver a hospitality service of high standard, quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective lounge presentation and preparation at all times
Ensure effective VIP passenger handling
Ensure effective and efficient customer service to all clients
Ensure effective administration (flight invoices, monthly inventory reports)
Ensure effective marketing of the aviation services offered by ExecuJet
Assist with all ad hoc duties as assigned by the relevant manager
