Robert J. Rufli joins Pentastar Aviation as Vice President of Flight Operations and Director of Operations.  Pentastar Aviation, based in Waterford, Michigan, provides aircraft management, advisory services, aircraft maintenance, avionics services, interior services and FBO services.

President's ATC-Privatization Budget Bad News for Small and Mid-Size Towns
